South African Astrologer Albertus LightStrider says a  Horary Chart for the moment the Balloon launched shows it all. 
America went into a national, indeed, an international panic about the whereabouts of the six year old boy who was assumed to have been in a helium balloon that drifted away. After a global media explosion, and an expensive search the boy turned up safe. Could Astrology have revealed the facts about the boy‘s location?
